Bye Mast Farm Inn!

I could not have asked for a more relaxing, educational, delicious retreat. The chefs below and Sandra, the inn manager, made each minute memorable. Miguel, the gardener, was a sweetheart who gave me a tour of the gardens and farm pets.

The last lesson below was incredibly fun. I never thought I’d be making homemade gnocchi. It’s not that hard! And it was obvious that the gnocchi sliding into the hot water and the shallots dancing in the oil were having just as much fun as we were.

    only time i tried to make gnocchi it disintegrated the minute it hit water so we ordered pizza. can’t wait to try yours!
