New favorite summer dessert: frozen grape puree!

Better tasting than ice cream or sorbet and easier to make!

I froze red, seedless grapes yesterday. Today, I popped several off their vine and into a bowl. Ran the immersion blender in them and then ate grapes in a form like shaved iced. And the bonus is that frozen grapes won’t dull or kill a blender like ice cubes. Yay and yum!
